Nesting a Macro in a Static Connect Macro Causes Endless Requests

The MultiExcerpt Macro is a static Atlassian Connect macro.

In the new/fabric page editor if you nest a macro (e.g. the info panel macro) in a static Connect macro (e.g. MultiExcerpt) then the browser developer console Network tab shows an endless stream of requests to Confluence.

This is a bug in Confluence, being addressed by Atlassian with CONFCLOUD-70795.
