Customer issue:

We have contacted Atlassian support and they have identified your add-on as not being compatible with a domain change and may require manual intervention.

If Atlassian support tells you that an Artemis Cloud add-on is not compatible with a domain change, per the Cloud Site Rename feature, then they are mistaken.

Atlassian support should be consulting this list of add-ons that ARE compatible. All Artemis Cloud apps are on the list: CLOUD-10809 Ecosystem vendors that are compatible with the Cloud Site Rename feature

Please let Atlassian support know that they made an error if they tell you that our apps are not compatible with site renaming.
