This routine is available starting with SIL Engine™ 2.5 for Jira 5.x.
Syntax
toUpper(string)
Description
Returns the string only with upper case letters.Returns the given string that has it's letters converted to upper case. If the string contains other characters than letters the chars that are not letters will not be converted.
