Rich filter gadget config form improvements

All the rich filter gadget config forms have been improved. This was also an opportunity for us to improve the underlying technology we use for gadget config forms. This will allow us to easier build functionality in the future.

Other improvements and fixes

• Improvement: Create rich filters permission in app global should be multi-value

• Fixed: In particular cases, the controller would crash when trying to display specific dynamic filters

• Other minor fixes

Supported Jira Versions

Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards version 1.29 is supported on Jira versions starting with 8.20.0. See Atlassian Marketplace for the latest Jira version compatibility information. 

Installation

The app may be installed from the Atlassian Marketplace or from the Find new add-ons page of your Jira instance.
