Syntax	isPublicJSDComment(jsdCommentId)	Package
Alias		Pkg Usage

Description

This function returns the type of comment, if the comment is public, the function will return "true"otherwise it will return "false".

Parameter name	Type	Required	Description
jsdCommentId	Number	Yes	The id of the JSD comment

Boolean (true/false)

If the comment is public, the function will return "true" otherwise it will return "false".

Th following code will return "true" if the last comment in that issue is external and "false" otherwise.
