The use of this function requires the Power Scripts for Jira add-on be installed and licensed.

Description

Retrieves a structure containing information about a component that has been created, merged, or deleted.

Parameters

Return Type

JComponent

Example

logPrint("INFO", "Result of listener: " + getComponentFromEvent());

The result is a structure containing the component id, the name of the component, its description and the component lead.
