issueInBacklog
The use of this function requires the Power Scripts for Jira add-on be installed and licensed.

Description
Checks whether the issue with the provided issue key is in the board backlog.If you don't provide the board, the plugin will try to look through all boards to see if issue is in a backlog.
Parameters

boardName | String | No | The board name or id |
Return Type
Boolean
'True' if issue is in backlog, 'false' otherwise.
Example
boolean result = issueInBacklog("AGILE-3");
// or
boolean result = issueInBacklog("AGILE-3", "agileBoardName");1. If there is no issue with that issue key, an exception will be raised. 2. If no board is found, an exception will be raised. 3. The user must have enough permissions to perform this action.
