reindex

Reindexing is recommended after major configuration changes like fields, plugins, and archiving. Valid types are background (default) and foreground. Background reindexing allows the Jira instance to remain usable. Foreground reindexing deletes and rebuilds all indexes. This can take many minutes or hours on larger instances and means the Jira instance is not available until the operation completes. There are some options available for background reindexing '--options includeComments', '--options includeChangeHistory', '--options includeWorklogs'. Use '--options wait' to wait for the task to be complete before the action completes.
