moveTransitionFunction

Move a transition function (postfunction, validator, or condition) within the list of functions. Use the name parameter to identify the function to be positioned using the leading characters of the function description or a 1 based list position. Use the after parameter to identify the function to be used as a reference for positioning. To position function to the top, use '--after 0'.
