Easy Numbered Heading Options Macro

This macro allows you to customize the heading numbering as per your requirement. Use this macro to break the automatic flow of heading numbers and begin a new heading number.

To work with the Easy Numbered Heading Options macro, you must install the Easy Numbered Headings App. For more information, see Installation.

Enable numbering

Select whether you want to number the heading or disable it or you want to refer to the numbering option concerning page settings from the drop-down list.
The following are the available options:

  • enable

  • disable

  • revert to page settings

Next heading number

Specify the next heading number you want to begin with.

note If you do not specify the number automatic numbering is displayed.

Prefix

Specify if you want to add a prefix to the numbering.

Creating Easy Numbered Heading Options Macro

To create a Easy Numbered Heading Options, perform the following steps:

1. Create a new page or go to Edit the page where you want to create an equation.

2. Click the + icon. Search for the Easy Numbered Heading Options macro.

 

(or) you can type { Easy Numbered Heading Options, and select the Easy Numbered Heading Options macro.

 3. Select Easy Numbered Heading Options. The InsertEasy Numbered Heading Options’ Macro window is displayed.

4. Enter the following details and click Insert.

a. Enable numbering

b. Next heading number

c. Prefix

Editing Easy Numbered Heading Options Macro

To edit Easy Numbered Heading Options perform the following:

You must be in the Edit mode to edit a macro block.

1. Select the block and click Edit. The EditEasy Numbered Heading Options’ Macro window is displayed.

2. You can change any of the parameters that you want to change and then click the Save button.

 

Deleting Easy Numbered Heading Options Macro

To delete Easy Numbered Heading Options, select the block and click the Remove button. The block is deleted.

You must be in the Edit mode to delete a macro block.

The automatic heading numbering will be restored if the macro is deleted.
