Space administration

Space administrators or permitted administrators can specify how numbered headings are to be applied across all pages in a given space. To do so, go to the required space and use the setting to allow users to select the Numbered headings button on a page.

1. Log in as an administrator or space administrator.

2. Navigate to Space tools > Apps > Numbered Headings.

Toggle the Enable space numbering option on to allow use of Numbered Headings within the specific space, by default. If collaborative editing of pages is allowed, the Numbered headings button is enabled for use in new pages. Otherwise, users must save the page first before the button can be enabled.
