Data Residency
The "Data residency" tab is available only on Jira Cloud.
Data residency is essential due to GDPR and latency (a time delay between the cause and effect of BigPicture actions). Changing the residency will cause a temporary downtime, usually up to a few minutes.
Choosing the residency is available only with BigPicture Enterprise.
