New Conditioned Validator

Now you can use the same conditioning logic in a transition validator to determine if the issue should be transitioned.

  • Use the same powerful regex pattern matching and Substitution variables to determine whether the transition should be continued.
  • JQL query can be used to add additional substitution variables to help with the determination. For example: is there a specific subtask in the correct status?
  • Customize the user error message based on substitution variables if the transition needs to be prevented.

  • Option to set specific issue type and priority using substitution variables
  • Option for documentation notes to improve workflow maintainability
