What's new in this release

Update on Transition for Jira, version 4.4, handles a few bug fixes mentioned in the Resolved issues section. Here is a summary of the fixes:

  • Any newly created issue as a part of transition now picks an appropriate user even when this specific user is renamed.

  • A new None option is introduced in the Optional rules > Configuration > Acting user field options, which when selected, Acting user is defaulted to the user transitioning the workflow.

  • URLs mentioned in the issue with % are no longer truncated because of the special character.

  • Number fields in substitution variables that do not contain decimals are now processed without decimals.

  • Remote links can now be copied from the parent issue to the new issue.

  • This release is available for Jira 7.4 and above.
