Release notes 4.6
What's new
Move app configuration data from one Jira instance to another
Update on Transition for Jira, version 4.6, is integrated with Configuration Manager for Jira, a powerful tool that makes it easy and hassle-free to migrate Jira configurations between instances. Administrators can now export the following configurations from the source instance by bundling them with the Configuration Manager snapshot and import them into the target instance while deploying the snapshot.
Global app configuration data
Post function configurations
Validator configurations
Ensure that Configuration Manager for Jira is installed on both the source and target instances before moving data between these instances.
