Initial Release

Based on the success of the Create on Transition for Jira and its ability to support a wide variety of customer workflow automation requirements for creating issues, Update on Transition for Jira was created with the same powerful regular expression based pattern matching conditions, substitution variables, and JQL queries to support updating issues and other related workflow scenarios (future).
