Standalone publishing
Overview
You can use Comala Publishing as a standalone app to publish pages from a source (draft) space to a target space using the following options
User view and edit permissions are needed for the draft space and target space.
You can also publish a page using Comala Publishing with one of the Comala Document Management family of apps. Publishing is configured either on the transition to the applied workflow final state or a trigger action in the applied workflow.
Single page publishing
Manual publishing by an editor of each page using the page publishing byline and popup.
In the source space settings Publishing dashboard (the draft/source space) you must

publishing all pages in the space in the same publishing action by a space administrator
In the source space settings Publishing dashboard (the draft/source space) you must have
Single-page publishing does not need to be enabled to use space publishing.
Copying of the page content properties on publishing is enabled or disabled by a space administrator for the space in the source space settings publishing dashboard.
Space home pages, blog posts, and archived pages cannot be published using Comala Publishing.
