Sounds

By default, chat uses sound notifications when a new message arrives and the browser window with the chat is not focused. Additionally, sounds are used also in other situations - when the "welcome ribbon" is shown, when new user's message is detected in the Issue View open by the supporter (when their browser window is not focused), etc.

You can disable the sound notification by clearing the checkbox shown below
