fixed an error when running the document activity data upgrade pre-check that caused the upgrade pre-check to fail

This release of Comala Document Management v7+ is data center only.

Future releases of Comala Document Management v6 from v6.17.11+ will be server only and will be maintenance and bugfix only releases.
