Enhancements
Workflow Translator for Cloud improvements
The Workflow Translator for Cloud now supports translating workflow triggers.
Triggers with cloud-supported events are translated, along with any trigger actions that are supported in the cloud environment
A trigger with an event that is not supported in the cloud is not translated. Additionally, a translated trigger can include empty trigger actions if those actions are not supported in the cloud.
Attach Activity utility updates
Attach page activity at space level
Space administrators can choose to run the Attach Activity utility to create and attach CSV files of page workflow events and activities as a single zip file to the space home page as well as individually to each page.
Feedback to avoid running multiple exports
To avoid running multiple exports, when an export is in progress, the Attach Activity utility now directs a space administrator attempting to run an export, to the long-running task list.
Updated Document Activity REST API endpoint for single pages
When upgrading document activity for single pages, the Document Activity REST API endpoint does not need Read Only Mode Mode to be enabled.
Read Only Mode is now only required when upgrading Document Activity for a space.
Bug fixes
The following issues are fixed in this release:
fixed an error in Confluence 9 that prevented access to pages with workflows for anonymous users
fixed a compatibility problem introduced in Comala Document Management v7.6.1 that prevented the app from working in Confluence v8.8.1
page status macro does not display the state status indicator circle in the page properties report macro
page activity macro does not display the page workflow history in the page properties report macro
page activity macro does not display the page workflow history in the send-email macro when used in a trigger with the stateexpired event
when using the Workflow Translator for Cloud, the JSON code displayed in the translator window did not align with the order of the trigger and state macros in the markup of the source workflow template
