access from behind a corporate firewall
Approval signing code
If e-signature is enabled for an individual workflow approval, users must create and use a signing token to enable the approval and authenticate the approval decision.
Workflow approval signing tokens set up by individual users are displayed in the app global administration.
In global administration, to access the Document Management Signing Code Admin screen
scroll down the Confluence global administration side bar to Comala Document Management
choose Approval Signing Code Admin
The Document Management Signing Code Admin screen displays the workflow approval signing tokens set up by users on the Confluence site. It also lets the global administrator set an expiry date for a user token or remove it the token.
The screen displays
user name
token expiry date
date created
last token usage attempt by each user
number of failed token authentication attempts by each user
For many users with tokens, the display can be paginated to 50 or 100 users. The default displays ten users.
Using the dialog box, you can search and filter for a user with a signing token.
The global administrator can use the dropdown menu to
Set expiry date - to amend the expiration date for a token
Use the X to clear the existing expiration value. However, the token expiration date cannot be left blank.
Remove token - to remove the user approval signing token from the site
When a user signing token is removed, they must set up a new token using a third-party authentication app.
Global permissions configuration
Installing the app will also automatically add the Comala Approvals for the Confluence Cloud app system user and configure the global and space permissions for the app system user.
