Approval Workflow

The Basic Approval Workflow is included with the Comala Document Approval app.
The approval workflow consists of three states:
Review
Rejected
Approved
The workflow is used to help ensure that content is reviewed and signed off.
When the approval workflow is added to a page or blog post, the content byline item is added below the page/blog heading.
The name of the current approval workflow state is displayed together with the state indicator circle.
Editors can manage the approval process using the workflow popup accessed using the byline item.
