Comala Document Approval makes it easy to ensure content is reviewed and signed, on a per-document or a per-space basis.
Approvers are assigned right inside of Confluence, using the simple workflow popup UI.
The included reporting tool Approvals Report allows you to view the approval status of every page and blog post inside a space.
content is reviewed in a draft approval Review state
once approved by a reviewer the content is automatically transitioned to the approval Approved state
Updating a page in the approval Approved state, moves the page to the approval Review state.
