Using standard Tableau functionality, the extracts created by Tableau Connector Pro for Jira can be set to refresh on a set schedule inside Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud

To set up schedule refreshes for OData connectors, refer to Publish workbook and schedule refreshes.

WDC(Legacy)

To set up schedule refreshes for WDC(Legacy) connectors, follow the below points.

To set up scheduled refreshes inside Tableau Server, the base Connector URL needs to be whitelisted.

To set up scheduled refreshes inside Tableau Online, Tableau Bridge needs to be installed.
