Here you can find cool and ready-to-use workflows that you can import to your Data Center or Server instance using Comala Document Management for Confluence.
Workflows in the repository can be imported to your instance using the Comala Document Management for Data Center and Server apps.
Importing a workflow
Workflows can be imported by
global admins in the Comala Document Management global administration Import Workflows dashboard
space admins in the space tools Comala Document Management Import dashboard
Some of these workflows may only work together with an additional 3rd party app.
Workflows Exchange repository
The following workflows are available in the Comala Document Management Workflows Exchange Repository.
The workflows in the repository can be filtered by category, such as bundled workflows or document management workflows.
Workflows bundled with the app
Workflows included in the global workflows templates dashboard on app installation may vary according to release.
Document management workflows
A Comala Document Management workflow in the repository can be imported to an individual space or to the instance.
by a global administrator as a global workflow templates using the global workflow Import option in the app global administration
by a space administrator as a space workflow template using the space workflow Import option in space tools
To import a workflow, the administrator must be added as a member of the Comala Document Management importers groups in global administration.
Some of these workflows are specific to different versions of Comala Document Management and may not available to import to your instance.
