Many Comala workflows in Comala Workflows Exchange can be imported directly to an instance as a template using either Comala Document Management Global Import or Space Import options.

The import options allow administrators using the Comala Document Management app to access the Comala workflow repository to source and import the workflow.

Workflows can be imported by

  • global admins in the Comala Document Management global administration Import Workflows dashboard

  • space admins in the space tools Comala Document Management Import dashboard

Administrators must also be added as a member of Workflow Importers group in Confluence global administration Comala Document Management configuration dashboard.

You can also simply copy and paste the markup from an individual workflow listed here to the markup editor in the Comala Document Management app and as an administrator save this as a new workflow template in your instance.
