This routine is available for Jira server and cloud deployment options.
Syntax for the server version:
removeWorklogSetEstimateTo(worklog, setTo)
Syntax for the cloud version:
removeWorklogSetEstimateTo(issue, worklog, setTo)
Description
Removes the worklog and sets Remaining time to the value of setTo.
Parameters for the server version

Example (server only)
removeWorklogSetEstimateTo(10000, "8h");
Removes the worklog with id = 10000, setting the remaining time to 8 hours.
Example (server only)
removeWorklogSetEstimateTo(key, 10000, "8h");
Removes the worklog with id = 10000 from the current issue, setting the remaining time to 8 hours.
