Add BigPicture shortcut to your monday workspace
The BigPicture shortcut can be added to multiple workspaces, but it always leads to the same BigPicture app.
Go to a monday workspace.
Click Add item to workspace.
Navigate to Apps and select BigPicture PPM for monday.com

Additional context
The shortcut is visible to all users.
Only users who have been granted BigPicture access are able to open the app.
When the app is uninstalled or app permissions are revoked the shortcut doesn’t work (regardless of user permissions). In such cases, the shortcut needs to be manually removed from a workspace.
Troubleshooting
This action requires BigPicture to have workspace permissions to a workspace.
