First App Entry
Are you eager to initiate your journey with BigPicture? To have a smooth and compelling introduction, this article will walk you through the first steps in BigPicture for monday.com.
Depending on your role (Monday Account Admin, App Admin, or App User), the introduction to BigPicture will vary.
App Admin
During the first onboarding for next Monday Account Admins and all App Admins, you will create a first box and set up column mapping rules. During any other than the first onboarding, the box creation step can be skipped (the “Proceed without creating” button in the screenshot below)
In the next step, you can create column mapping for monday.com items and subitems.
If you cannot find the right fields, try using the Refresh cache option.
App User (Business User)
During onboarding for App Users, you will go through a short questionnaire that will help us understand your needs.
Firstly, get familiar with the Privacy Policy.
Answer 5 questions about your role and responsibilities. Choose a response from the dowp-down lists:
