Edit a Sync Profile

Edit a Sync Profile

Edit an existing profile by going to the Sync Profiles page and selecting the sync profile you want to edit.

Sync profiles should be updated anytime a change is made to the Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) project structure. For example, if a new item type is added, or a field is removed, the sync profile associated with those projects should be updated so the synchronization picks up the changes.

Open Sync Profiles

  1. Click the Settings cog and select Apps. When the Apps page opens, select Get Started or Cloud Native synchronizer from the Apps left sidebar menu.

  2. From the Cloud Native Synchronizer - TFS4JIRA landing page, click Configure to open the TFS4JIRA Synchronizer page.

  3. When the TFS4JIRA Synchronizer page opens, click Sync profiles in the Jira-Azure Synchronizer menu. This takes you to the Synch Profiles page.

  4. Select the Sync profile you want to edit from the available profiles.
