Issue :
Customer complains users defined in the Workflow parameter does not receives email notification .

Use Case :
The user is defined in the parameter
However, when the page is activated and transitions to a specific state triggering an email,
it seems that the email wasn't sent to the intended recipient.

Solution :

  • Double confirm the name for that parameter

  • Adding one more "@" at the end of the workflow parameter name should rectify the problem.

  • The email (TestPage 6) was confirmed to have been received by the specific recipient.
