Comala Document Management Cloud | Cannot uninstall Comala Document Management Family app

This is an article for the Comala Document Management Cloud instance issue.

Issue

I want to stop the trial version of the Comala Document Management app but

  • the app cannot be uninstalled through Manage Apps

  • the Uninstall button is greyed out

Solutions

  1. Navigate to unsubscribe through Manage Apps.

    • Go to Manage Apps

    • Choose Comala Document Management for Confluence Cloud

    • Click Unsubscribe button

      • The Uninstall button is enabled

  2. If that still doesn’t work, contact Atlassian Support directly for further assistance.

For the Cloud platform environment, we cannot stop licenses or trials because of the permissions.
