How to obtain debug logs for Appfire apps in Bitbucket

This article explains how to get debug logs for the Appfire apps in Bitbucket.

Instructions

1. Log into Bitbucket as an administrator and select  (Cog Wheel) from the top right corner.
   
   
2. Select Logging and Profiling in the SUPPORT section from the sidebar.
   
   
3. The Logging and Profiling screen is displayed. Select the checkboxes Enable debug logging and Enable profiling. Save the page.
   
   
4. Generate support zip and share it with the intended users.

Generate a support zip file

1. Log into Bitbucket as an administrator and select  (Cog Wheel).
   
   
2. Select Troubleshooting and support tools in the SUPPORT section from the sidebar.
   
   
3. Select the Create support zip tab and click the Create zip button to create a support zip file.
   
   
4. Once the support zip is generated, click Download zip.
