While working with in TFS4Jira Support, I’ve noticed that migration cases tend to take a long time and can be tricky to resolve and anticipate problems as we have no clear picture of how are the projects configured nor the customer expectations on what is going to be migrated.

So I created this simple guide to help customers to do some planning before starting the migration and also helping us to have a better understanding of the migration. Not only that, but also trying to anticipate any obstacles.

When working in a case where the customer approaches us mentioning that they will be doing a migration, we can send this guide for them to fill and send back to us.
