Below error details are displayed in the TFS4JIRA Cloud Native Sync Log section:

Unsupported default value type for Status/State value mapping: 3

To fix this issue, please follow the below steps in the TFS4JIRA profile where this error occurs.

1. Open profiles configuration

2. Go to: MAPPINGS->States and Statuses

3. Scroll to the bottom of this section

   1. Open

      

       

4. In the ANYTHING ELSE section, please change both values (for Jira and ADO) to something that is not currently set (for example, default state), and once done, please re-set previously setup values.

The following above steps will resolve the error with the next synchronization.
