TFS4JIRA Cloud Native | UTC time zone for synchronizer account

The synchronizer account must have a time zone set to UTC. When the below prompt is displayed in the CONNECTIONS tab of your synchronization profile, please follow the below steps in order to adjust the time zone in Jira Cloud instance.

Open

1. In your Jira Cloud instance please login to the account which is used in TFS4JIRA sync. Account email is visible in profiles ‘connections’ tab under Synchronizer Email.

2. Once logged please open Profile Settings

3. Click Manage account

4. In the opened window, in the left-hand menu please click Account preferences.

5. Now please amend Time Zone dropdown to UTC value. Please note there is also a UCT value which should NOT be used.
