Transaction rolled back - only or 359 ERROR

Problem

Cause

This error is due to attachment size mismatch.

Solution

1. Review your log.

   Open

   

2. Find the errors. Search for: 

   • 359 ERROR ,

   • "AttachmentDataStreamSizeMismatch" ,

   • or, just Attachments .

3. Find the page’s PageID number in the error. For example, in the https://prid.artemistestng.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=34144462 URL, check for the details as mentioned in the image below:

4. Open Attachments on the page with the error.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

5. Download or upload the attachment again to fix the issue.
