The language defines a library of standard routines. These routines are listed below. To write routines of your own, see the Development using SIL™. If you need additional routine, contact us, we're happy to expand our routine base.

Sections

  • Array routines —  This section contains routines that enable users to handle arrays.
  • Basic routines — This section contains routines that provide basic language behavior.
  • Date and Interval routines — This section contains routines that enable users to deal with dates.
  • File Manipulation routines — This section contains routines that enable users to handle directories and files.
  • HTTP routines — This section contains routines that help you unleash the integration opportunities and basically achieve anything that Jira REST API allows even if you don't have a particular routine.
  • Integration with other systems — This section contains routines that enable users to interact with other plugins and applications.
  • Jira Administration Routines — The section contains routines that enable users to set up "template" projects in your Jira.
  • Jira Integration Routines — This section contains routines that enable users to interact with Jira environment.
  • Math routines — Math library of SIL.
  • Parameter routines — This section contains routines that enable users to define and configure the starting parameters for the SIL scripts used in this app and to retrieve values from the parameters defined by the input routines.
  • Scheduling routines — Our scheduler support adds routines to schedule jobs at interval or based on cron, and also allows you to create 'at' jobs (for instance jobs that run at a specified time).
  • String routines — This section contains routines that enable users to handle strings.
  • System integration — This section contains routines for system integration. It enables users to deal with databases, LDAP and so on.
  • Webhooks routines — This section contains helper routines that you can use when writing a SIL script for Webhooks.
