App Feedback

Overview

This gadget display the evaluations' feedback of a specific app grouped either by reason (Bugs, too expensive, features, confusing interface, re-starting, not useful or other) or by type (uninstalled or disabled) and aggregated by weeks or months. So you get a perspective of the app’s feedback evolution.

Configuration

Name your gadget meaningfully, so everyone knows at a glance what it is about and when to use it. Fill out the rest of the fields as applicable, namely:

• The datasource, select a Marketplace datasource (see Add and manage datasourcesPreview).

• The vendor associated with the marketplace partner account.

• The app you want the feedback data from.

• The time period you want to display and compare the feedback of your apps.

• The metric to configure what kind of data you want to view, either by reason (Bugs, too expensive, features, confusing interface, re-starting, not useful or other) or type (uninstalled or disabled).

• The aggregated by field sets the aggregation strategy: weekly or monthly.

• Finally, indicate if you want to use the current settings for all the compatible gadgets in the dashboard. This option eases the pain of configuring one by one the rest of the gadgets with the same default configuration
