Page Approval Space Settings

Overview

Page Approval can be added on a space level to all the pages in the space.

This automatically adds the Page Approval content to any page in a given space without manually adding a Page Approval macro to each page.

When Page approval is enabled in the space settings

  • Page Approval automatically appears on newly created pages

  • existing pages need to be edited and saved for the Page Approval content to appear

Existing pages with a manually added Page Approval are not overridden when enabling Page Approval at space level.

To configure the space level Page Approval, you must be an administrator or have space admin privileges.
