The Enhancer Plugin offers over 30 additional custom fields that automatically collect data and KPIs on issues in the background. With these custom fields, users can easily gather valuable insights without the need for manual data entry.

Here is a list of all the custom/panel fields you can create with Enhancer Plugin for Jira Cloud:

• User/Group Custom Fields

  • Status Entry User Custom Field — Displays the user who transitions the issue to the specified status.

  • First/Last Field Change User Custom Field — Calculates the first/last user that changed a field.

  • Status Exit User Custom Field — Displays the user who changes the issue's status from the configured one to any status.

  • First/Last Reopened User Custom Field — Calculates the issue's first/last reopened user.

  • First/Last Resolved User Custom Field — Calculates the first/last user who changed an issue's resolution field from EMPTY to any value.

• Counter Custom Fields

  • Attachments Counter Custom Field — Calculates how many attachments the issue has. 

  • Reopened Counter Custom Field —  Calculates how many times the issue has been resolved and then reopened so far.

  • Field Change Counter Custom Field — Calculates how many times a particular field has been changed so far.

  • Resolved Counter Custom Field — Calculates how many times the issue has been resolved so far.

  • Comment Custom Field — Puts all information about the comments within an issue in one place.

  • First/Last Comment User Custom Field — Displays the issue's first/last commenter.

  • First/Last Comment Date Custom Field — Calculates the issue's first/last comment date.

• Date Custom Fields

  • First/Last Reopened Date Custom Field — Calculates the issue's first/last reopening date.

  • Status Entry Date Custom Fields — Calculates the date that the issue was transitioned into the configured status.
