Status Exit Counter Custom Field
This page is about JEP Cloud. Using Jira On-Prem? Click the On-Prem button above.
The Status Exit Counter Custom Field calculates the number of times an issue has been transitioned from the selected status. This custom field helps in understanding how many times an issue has left a particular status. It can be beneficial for analyzing how often issues are resolved or closed, providing visibility into the frequency of issue resolutions.
This field is a calculated (read-only) custom field.

However, for existing issues, it's necessary to regenerate the issue in order to see the correct values associated with the Status Counter Custom Field.
