Time Since Last Public Comment Custom Field

The Time Since Last Public Comment custom field calculates the amount of time passed since the last public comment. It can be configured to work with a specific working calendar.
The custom field displays the total time passed since the last public comment:
Step 1: Create a Time Since Last Public Comment custom field
From Jira settings, navigate to Manage Apps.
From the side menu, find
Enhancer Plugin for JIRA
.Click Custom Field Configuration.
Click the Add new JEP custom field button.
Click the Duration tab on the left-hand side of the dialogue.Â
Select Time Since Last Public Comment, then click Add custom field.
Step 2: Configure the field
Fill in the dialog box:
Name – Create a name for the custom field (this will appear on screens and can be used in JQL).
Comment Type – You can select all comments or only the public ones.
Comment Made By – Filter the type of comment author by setting this field. You can choose between any user, a user in a particular group, role, or field. After setting the field, a dropdown box will appear. In that dropdown box, you can pick the group, role, or field to which the comment author belongs. If you select
Any user
, the dropdown box will not appear.End Condition – Set this field to the condition that determines when the calculation for this field should stop. You can select either a specific status or the resolution of the issue as your criteria.
Working calendar – Choose a working calendar (defined in Jira Admin > Manage apps >

> Calendars) to calculate time based on specific work hours.Time format –  Configure the display options (both for the issue main view, navigator view, and board view). The Use Separator lets you define your own separator for the time display. You can also choose to not have a separator.

Click the Save custom field button.
