fixed a bug introduced in Comala Document Control 1.12.8 that stopped the Workflow Status Byline loading in certain cases on Confluence 7.1.0 to 7.7.4

Confluence 7.4.6 - 7.4.14 are not affected as CONFSERVER-37166 was backported from Confluence 7.8.0 by Atlassian
