On the left side navigation, click Email Notifications to get the screen below.

  • Notify submitter when timesheet is past due: Allows admin to notify users about their past due timesheets. This notification is triggered based on user’s ‘Week Start Day’ setting. If it is Monday, then the notification of timesheet past due will be sent 7 days after it (after Sunday)

  • Notify approver when a timesheet is submitted for approval: Notifies the approvers, that users assigned to them have submitted timesheets for approval. This notification is triggered for each user. For example, if an approver is set to approve timesheets of three (3), users then the approver will get three (3) notifications. For details regarding how to setup approvers, please refer to Setting up Timesheet Approvers

  • Notify submitter when timesheet is approved: Informs the submitter that their timesheet is approved, once the approver approves the timesheet
