QuickView

The QuickView report provides a comprehensive overview of your assets and their organization within the Assets and Inventory Plugin. It’s your gateway to understanding your organization's asset landscape quickly and effectively.

This user-friendly dashboard is designed to deliver key insights at a glance. Its detailed breakdowns, available through interactive elements, help users make informed decisions regarding asset management.

To access it, navigate to the Reports section and select QuickView from the side menu.

Key features

• Asset Summary: Get a quick glimpse into the number of asset types, collections, and individual assets currently in your instance.

• Visualizations: Leverage pie charts to see the distribution of asset type collections and asset status. Additionally, a bar chart depicts the number of assets categorized by type.

• Interactive Elements:
  Hovering – Move your cursor over any bar or pie slice to see detailed information about that data point.

  Clicking – Click on a bar or pie slice to display a detailed table view of the underlying data. This table provides an in-depth breakdown, facilitating deeper analysis.

Information displayed

The dashboard provides information segmented into several categories:

• Asset type collections: Displays the distribution of all asset type collections in your instance.

• Number of assets by type: Visual representation in pie chart format, showing the distribution of assets across different types.

• Assets by owners: Breakdown of assets based on ownership.

• Asset status distribution: Pie chart displaying the status (for example, ın stock, WORKING, mıssıng) of assets across the organization.
