Single Page Publish
Content publishing can be undertaken for a whole space and for a single page.
When single-page publishing is enabled in a space, a user with Confluence edit permission on a page or blog post can publish the page using the publishing popup.
Single Page Publish option for users on a page is enabled by default.
When enabled a Publish button option is added to content in the draft space.
When Single Page Publish is enabled, the single page Publish button on the page is not displayed
if the content is in sync (Published)
or the content is not within the range of the configured publishing settings (for example, sync label is required and not present on the content)
A space admin can disable single-page publishing for all content in the space, by moving the Single Page Publish option green tick slider to grey (in the publishing dashboard).
