Configure Knowledge Base Integrations
Overview
Configure your HelpDesk+ bot to integrate with your preferred knowledge base. This integration enables ticket avoidance and swift resolution by empowering users to easily access documented answers.
Prerequisites
Smart Search functionality must be activated for utilizing this feature.
HelpDesk+ offers knowledge base integrations with the following services:
Configure Knowledge Base Integration Support
Go to the Jira App.
Choose More from the dropdown menu.
Click on Apps and select the appropriate Jira instance.
Scroll down to Knowledge Base Integration.
Input the base URL for your knowledge base service.
Click on the Save button.
