Page Tools Menu - Edit Parameters

Manage Workflow Parameters

Use this option to update the values of workflow parameters in the workflow.

This option is only available when

there is no space workflow enabled
either the Content Expiry Workflow or Quality Management System Workflow is added to the document

Choose Manage Workflow Parameters to edit the values for the current workflow

Page Parameters - the Content Expiry Workflow allows you to edit the document page parameter value for the expiration period for the Approved state set by the workflow on the transition to this state.

Page Parameters - the Quality Management System workflow will allow you to edit the page parameter values for the users to be assigned by reviewers for the content review in the In Approval state.

This request to set up parameters is displayed when you add a page workflow and the workflow includes workflow parameters.

The values for any workflow parameters in a space workflow are managed in the space tools Document Management dashboard.
