As a page editor, you can add and apply the approval to a single page or blog post or as a space administrator, add an approval to the space by opening the app space settings to:
enable the application of the approval workflow to all the pages in the space
initialize the approval state on all the pages and blog posts in a single action
clear any previous approval document activity on all the pages and blog posts
